MY MILITARY DISCOUNT LLC

This Advertising Purchase Policy ("Policy") governs the purchase, cancellation, and refund of advertising packages from My Military Discount LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing any advertising package, the advertiser ("Client," "you," or "your") agrees to be fully bound by these terms and conditions.

1. PURCHASES, PROGRAM TERMS, AND BILLING STRUCTURE

• 1.1 Program Commitment: Advertising packages are sold as fixed-term promotional agreements of either six (6) months or twelve (12) months, as formally selected by the Client at checkout.
• 1.2 Promotional Pricing Structure & Value Discount: To provide high-value utility to our advertising partners, the programs include upfront monetary promotional discounts as follows:
  • 6-Month Package: Features a value discount equivalent to one (1) free month of service, mathematically subtracted directly from the total baseline cost of the 6-month contract term.
  • 12-Month Package: Features a value discount equivalent to three (3) free months of service, mathematically subtracted directly from the total baseline cost of the 12-month contract term.
• 1.3 Payment Terms: Client agrees to pay all net fees associated with the selected package. Payments are securely processed on a recurring monthly billing cycle or paid in full upfront, subject to the selection made by the Client at checkout.
• 1.4 Service Commencement: Company will begin setup and publish advertising assets only after successfully clearing the initial payment and receiving all necessary creative materials from the Client.

2. CANCELLATION AND EARLY TERMINATION RULES

• 2.1 Notice Period: To request cancellation or opt-out of a standard renewal for a six (6) month or twelve (12) month program, the Client must provide a minimum of fourteen (14) days' prior written notice before the next scheduled automated billing cycle.
• 2.2 Submission Process: All cancellation notices must be formally submitted in writing via email to your designated account representative or through the company's official billing management dashboard.
• 2.3 50% Early Termination Fee: Because advertising packages represent a dedicated, scheduled allocation of platform resources, inventory slots, and ongoing overhead, early termination before the completion of the full contract term is subject to penalties. If a Client terminates a 6-month or 12-month agreement early, Client agrees to pay an early termination fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the remaining gross financial balance of the chosen contract term. This termination fee will be automatically charged to the billing method on file immediately upon processing the early cancellation.
• 2.4 Discount Forfeiture: In the event of an early cancellation by the Client under Section 2.3, any promotional value or free months applied at checkout under Section 1.2 are immediately voided and cannot be used to mathematically offset, reduce, or credit the outstanding balance due for the 50% early termination fee.

3. REFUND POLICY

• 3.1 No Refunds for Rendered Services: All corporate sales are final. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued for advertising services, campaign terms, or timeframes that have already been systematically published, broadcast, live on the platform, or otherwise executed.
• 3.2 Setup and Asset Fees: Any upfront flat fees allocated for technical account onboarding, graphic design asset generation, profile optimization, or promotional copywriting are completely non-refundable under any circumstances.
• 3.3 Discretionary Waivers: Refunds for entirely unrendered services due to extreme mitigating circumstances are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and granted solely at the absolute, final discretion of My Military Discount LLC.

4. COMPANY'S RIGHT TO CANCEL AND REMOVE CONTENT

• 4.1 Absolute Discretion: My Military Discount LLC reserves the right, at its sole and unrestricted corporate discretion, to reject, cancel, suspend, pull, or permanently remove any advertisement, active campaign, copy asset, or Client account at any time, for any reason or no reason at all.
• 4.2 Content and Brand Standards: The Company may immediately terminate or suspend any active advertising package without prior notice if the advertisement content, linked landing pages, or Client business behavior is deemed fraudulent, misleading, predatory, offensive, overly political, harmful, or otherwise incompatible with the Company’s dedicated military audience standards and core brand values.
• 4.3 Financial Adjustment Upon Company Cancellation: If the Company cancels a campaign early for standard business adjustments or reasons unrelated to a policy violation or payment default by the Client, a pro-rata refund will be issued for any prepaid, unrendered days remaining. If the cancellation stems directly from a violation of content standards (Section 4.2), copyright infringement, fraudulent claims, or payment failure, no refund or credit shall be issued, and the Client will remain liable for any unpaid balances.
• 4.4 Limitation of Liability: In the event of an authorized cancellation or deletion by the Company, My Military Discount LLC shall explicitly not be held liable or responsible for any lost business profits, lost potential revenues, or indirect consequential damages alleged by the Client due to an ad being pulled.
