1. Acceptance of Terms & Order of Precedence

Acceptance: By accessing, browsing, or using the advertising services on MyMilitaryDiscount.org, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

Order of Precedence: This platform operates alongside specialized policy documents. In the event of any direct conflict, ambiguity, or contradiction between these general Terms of Service and the specific terms of the My Military Discount LLC Advertising Purchase Policy, the terms, penalties, and payment rules of the Advertising Purchase Policy shall strictly control and take immediate precedence over these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • Advertiser: Any individual or entity purchasing advertising space on the Site.
  • Advertisement: Any promotional content provided by the Advertiser to be displayed on the Site.
  • Site Owner: The owner and operator of MyMilitaryDiscount.org.

3. Eligibility

To place an advertisement on the Site, you must:

  • Agree to the Terms of Service.
  • Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement with the Site Owner.

4. Advertising Content & Brand Standards

  • Content Requirements: All submitted advertisements, graphics, discount offers, and landing pages must be lawful, accurate, and completely non-fraudulent. Content must explicitly match the real-world promotions honored at physical or digital checkouts.
  • Audience & Content Restrictions: To protect our service members and veteran community, advertisements must not contain misleading financial claims, high-interest or predatory lending offers, aggressive political content, profanity, or discriminatory messaging.
  • Absolute Removal Right: In accordance with Section 4 of our Advertising Purchase Policy, My Military Discount LLC reserves the absolute, sole discretion to reject, suspend, or permanently remove any advertisement or active campaign at any time. Content determined to be deceptive, predatory, or incompatible with our military audience will be stripped immediately without prior notice, and the associated vendor account may be permanently terminated.

5. User Accounts

  • To access certain features of MyMilitaryDiscount.org, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • As part of our registration process, you will establish an account (“Account”) by providing your full name and email address and choosing a password that you will use to access the My Military Discount Services. We may also request that you verify your eligibility to participate in the My Military Discount Services by demonstrating your military status.
  • In order to maintain your Account, you must use your Account at least once within the preceding twelve (“12”)-month period. By means of example, “use” of your Account includes logging into your Account or using an external application from one of our Marketplace Partners with your Account. Except when prohibited by applicable law, if you have not used your Account within the past twelve (12) consecutive months, we reserve the right to (but will not be required to) close your Account permanently and cease to maintain your Account records and access to the My Military Discount Services.

6. User Conduct

  • You agree to use MyMilitaryDiscount.org for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the website to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities.
  • You may not share your login or password with any person or third party, authorize any person or third party to use such login or password, or impersonate another person in their registration information. Failure to comply with the foregoing shall constitute a breach of these Terms of Service, which may result in immediate termination of your Account. You are responsible for all usage or activity on your Account and maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You shall immediately notify us at help@MyMilitaryDiscount.org of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your Account, or any known or suspected breach of security. You are responsible for keeping your Account information current, complete and up-to-date by updating it through the My Account page https://MyMilitaryDiscount.org.
  • My Military Discount may terminate your Account at our sole discretion without notice if we determine, in our discretion, that you have violated these Terms of Service or any applicable law, involving fraud, abuse, or misuse of our products or services.

7. Copyright, Ownership and Restrictions on Use of Materials

  • All materials contained in the My Military Discount LLC listed as MyMilitaryDiscount.org are the copyrighted property of My Military Discount LLC or our third-party licensors. All trademarks, service marks and trade names, including, but not limited, to, My Military Discount LLC®, My Military Discount®, marks as well as the marks of our Marketplace Partners or other third parties, are proprietary to My Military Discount LLC or the applicable owner of the mark and are protected by state, federal and international trademark laws.
  • No materials from the My Military Discount LLC Services may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without our prior express written permission. The content and information posted by us on the My Military Discount Services may be used by you only for informational, personal, or other purposes authorized by us. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the My Military Discount Services, or any other material or technology available in connection with the My Military Discount Services. You agree not to circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures associated with the My Military Discount Services; use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the My Military Discount Services; insert any code or product or manipulate the content of the My Military Discount Services in any way; or, use any data mining, data gathering or extraction method. In addition, you agree not to upload, post, e-mail or otherwise send or transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with My Military Discount Services, including any software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs.
  • We always appreciate your feedback, comments, ideas, reviews or other suggestions about My Military Discount LLC Services, but you understand that we may use them for any purpose and in any media without any obligation to compensate you for them (just as you have no obligation to offer them).

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on MyMilitaryDiscount.org, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of MyMilitaryDiscount.org or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Payment, Pricing, and Advertising Purchase Policy

  • Policy Incorporation: All advertising package purchases, billing cycles, cancellation notifications, and refund parameters are strictly governed by our My Military Discount LLC Advertising Purchase Policy. By purchasing an advertising space or asset on the Site, you explicitly agree to be bound by the specific terms outlined in that policy.
  • Promotional Packages: Advertising programs are solid commitments for fixed terms of either six (6) or twelve (12) months. Rates are factored to include specialized value discounts (equivalent to 1 free month for a 6-month package and 3 free months for a 12-month package) mathematically deducted directly from the baseline total.
  • Cancellation Terms: Early cancellation requests require a minimum of fourteen (14) days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Early termination before contract completion triggers an automatic early termination fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of your remaining financial balance.
  • Refund Framework: All corporate sales are final. No refunds will be issued for rendered services, campaign durations already live on the platform, or upfront technical setup and asset creation fees.

10. Advertiser Responsibilities

  • Accuracy: Advertisers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and truthfulness of their advertisements.
  • Compliance: Advertisers must ensure their advertisements comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Site Owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Advertiser’s use of the Site’s advertising services, including but not limited to errors in content, loss of data, or interruption of business.

12. Indemnification

Advertisers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Site Owner from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and costs) arising out of or in any way connected with the advertisement content or the Advertiser’s use of the Site’s advertising services.

13. Termination

The Site Owner reserves the right to terminate or suspend any advertisement or advertising agreement at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

The Site Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Advertisers will be notified of any significant changes to the Terms, and continued use of the advertising services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, along with your access to and usage of the Site's services, shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions, proceedings, or disputes arising directly from these Terms or any active advertising campaign must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas.
